About Christina
With 14 years of experience as a Performance Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, I have a deep desire to help individuals achieve their short- and long-term nutrition and performance goals. I work within Special Operations which has provided me with opportunities to deliver evidenced-based counseling to improve performance, optimize physical and mental resilience, enhance recovery, and minimize inflammation. Whether you’re seeking to improve your overall health, adjust body composition, implement fueling strategies, manage stress, improve sleep, and/or work towards disease prevention and longevity I believe you must start with a sustainable nutrition foundation.
Approach to care
My approach to care is with careful understanding of where you are at now and what your current and future goals may be. Living a healthy lifestyle encompasses many factors, including daily nutrition, mental health, physical activity, stress management, gut health, hormone optimization, and sleep patterns. There is an abundance of misinformation that often makes it difficult to distinguish the truth. This may lead to misconceptions and unrealistic goals and expectations. My intent is to provide appropriate education and a plan that is realistic and goal oriented. I will meet you where you are and provide recommendations that fit within the parameters of your daily life and routines.

Our first session will include a full nutrition & lifestyle assessment to better understand you. We will work together to set SMART goals, improve lifestyle and behavioral patterns, and come up with a comprehensive plan to reach your short- and long-term goals.
