About Christina
I’m a Registered Dietitian who came to nutrition after studying neuroscience as an undergrad, followed by a master’s degree in nutrition. My academic background gives me a strong foundation in how the body and brain work, which I bring into every conversation with clients. I chose this field because I believe that knowledge + respect = better health. Helping people understand food, plan meals that fit their lives, and develop kindness toward their bodies are at the heart of what I do. I know that living well is about more than just numbers—it’s about creating sustainable habits, honoring individual needs, and seeing long‑term well‑being as the goal. My specialties include diabetes care, weight management, and personalized meal planning. I’m passionate about working with patients to demystify nutrition, build confidence around eating, and support healthy choices—not perfection.
Approach to care
When you work with me, you'll receive personalized, compassionate nutrition guidance tailored to your unique goals. I focus on creating a positive, non-judgmental space where we work together to develop sustainable habits that support your health. Whether you’re managing diabetes, working on weight management, or simply looking to feel better, I provide practical tools and ongoing support to help you make informed, lasting changes.
Your first session with Christina
In our first meeting, we’ll take the time to get to know you—your history, your goals, and what your relationship with food and health looks like. I’ll ask you about areas such as medical history, current eating habits, lifestyle (sleep, stress, activity), any diagnoses or medications, and your priorities.
