About Christina
Hi! I am Christina, a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years experience and a Board Certified Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition. I have a passion for helping others and leave a lasting impact. Aside from my nutrition work, I am a devoted dog mom and Boston sports' fan, especially the Boston Bruins.
Approach to care
I have a very compassionate, empathetic, and judgement-free approach. I am an avid believer that all foods can fit while making small sustainable changes. I want to help others improve their relationship with food to live a fulfilling and meaningful life through a personalized approach and mindset shift.
Your first session with Christina
First and foremost, I want to get to know you on your first session. You can expect a deep dive into your medical history, eating patterns, and current lifestyle as well as any goals you wish to conquer.
