About Christine

Hi, I'm Christine. With 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I’ve had a chance to work in this field in a variety of settings. I've worked in clinical settings, and outpatient settings including private practice. Some areas of focus in my outpatient experience include GI concerns / digestive health, bariatric surgery, and weight management. I also have taught group exercise classes for more than 25 years and I’m passionate about helping people build sustainable, enjoyable habits around food and movement to feel their best. Outside of work, you’ll find me in a group workout class, hiking, cooking, spending time with family, playing pickleball, or volunteering in my community. I’m glad you’re here and I’m ready to listen.

Approach to care

My care is built on evidence and real-world success, and I bring warmth and curiosity to every session. I translate science into practical steps we can take together, with clear actions and realistic timelines. I practice with a weight-neutral, HAES informed approach because lasting health isn't about a number on the scale. I focus on you as a whole person, including mental well-being, lifestyle, and goals, while staying educational and collaborative. Together we create sustainable habits that fit your life today and tomorrow.

Your first session with Christine

Our first appointment is all about you. Think of it as a conversation, not an exam, and we'll move at a pace that feels right. We’ll review your medical history, discuss your relationship with food, and establish short-term goals that are achievable. We'll also look at any recent lab work or biometrics to inform our plan. You don't need to have it all figured out before you come. Together we'll set the tone for a supportive, nonjudgmental path forward.
