Patient reviews
“I love having a coach to keep me accountable and that’s how I view Christine. My main goal is to build muscle and tighten my skin naturally, and protein plays a key role in that. Christine showed me how easy it is to add protein in ways I hadn’t thought of. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and truly lives and breathes this stuff. I expected her to call me out on things like my peanut butter and raw honey sandwiches for dinner, but instead, she was always supportive and encouraging.“

“Calm energy, provided next steps that weren't overwhelming, listened to me“
“Christine asked a lot of questions to get to know my personal information which makes me feel confident that she will be able to help me in a way that fits my life“
