About Christine
Hi there! My name is Christine and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian for 8 years. I’ve worked with various populations including geriatrics, and adults, those with prediabetes, diabetes, and gestational diabetes, and most recently, I work with patients with kidney disease. I LOVE food and I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for food and nutrition with folks who are looking to make lifestyle changes that best suit their needs.
Approach to care
I find that getting to know clients helps tremendously in helping them develop interventions. I take a more flexible approach, focus less on calorie counting, and focus more on whole foods, hunger cues, and using plate methods to help meet diet needs.
Your first session with Christine
We will take some time to get to know YOU; your concerns, goals, expectations, and see how we can address your concerns step-by-step. We will review your goals, you work/life schedule, food recalls, weight history etc. in a safe, and judge-free zone, so that I can get to know you!
