About Christine

I’m a Registered Dietitian who believes nutrition advice should be culturally inclusive and realistic. My path to nutrition was shaped by my own experience with multiple complex limb reconstruction surgeries that left me unable to walk for years. Those experiences gave me true empathy for people navigating health challenges and showed me how much nutrition affects recovery and daily life. I prioritize culturally sensitive meal plans that meet you where you are. I have experience in clinical settings, sports nutrition, and private practice. I hold a BS in Dietetics and an MBA in Healthcare Management, and I’m pursuing an MS in Individualized Genomics. Before becoming a dietitian, I worked in corporate finance, so I understand long hours and the need for practical, sustainable solutions. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, hiking with my dog, and following the stock market.

Approach to care

Nutrition care should be both science-based and kind. I use current evidence to guide recommendations and explain the “why” behind each step so you can make informed choices. My approach is empathetic yet direct, offering clear, actionable goals while teaching skills you can carry forward. I take a whole-person view, considering sleep, stress, movement, and food preferences to ensure changes are realistic and sustainable.

Your first session with Christine

Expect a relaxed, collaborative conversation rather than a formal exam. We’ll review your medical history, lab work, or biometrics, and discuss your routines, barriers, and what’s already working. You don’t need to have all the answers—we’ll start from where you are and set one to three short-term, achievable goals. I’ll provide practical next steps, and we’ll adjust plans together as we learn what fits your life. The visit is judgment-free and designed to leave you with clarity, confidence, and momentum.
