Hello! Thank you for visiting my profile! I have been a Registered dietitian for over a decade and have worked with a variety of health conditions ranging from diabetes (type 1 and 2), bariatric surgery, Crohn's, IBS, and so much more. I work with both children and adults as I have extensive background in both. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your health goals in a way that works for YOU.

Approach to care

I am upfront and direct. I do not sugar coat but I always lead with compassion! Humor is my strength. I use evidence based care in all of my nutrition education. Life is hard and sometimes we just need a little help and accountability getting to where we want to be. I approach health goals utilizing the SMART method (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). Ultimately, you lead me to what matters most and I will help you get there.

Your first session with Christine

I want to get to know you, your diet and lifestyle patterns, and what MATTERS to you and WHY. Understanding what motivates you helps me determine the best way to achieve your desired goals. We will develop 1-3 goals per session and follow up often in the beginning to help build our foundation for success!
