About Christine
Christine believes that good nutrition should feel approachable. Her goal is to help clients feel confident and comfortable knowing what foods to choose to accomplish their goals. With 10 years of experience in a variety of settings, including weight loss groups, outpatient, long-term care, acute care, home health, WIC, and Head Start, she is able to provide comprehensive nutrition care. Christine feels it is important to focus on an individualized and patient centered approaches.

She enjoys hearing your goals and why they are important to you, as each person is unique in their nutrition journey and in need of their own individual plan.
