About Christine
Christine has over 30 years of professional experience in dietetics, primarily in the areas of eating disorders, disordered eating, emotional eating, weight loss/gain/stabilization, bariatric surgery, weight loss medications, and diabetes. Christine is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and has also earned a Certificate in Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Her passion lies in helping others make peace with food so they may finally enjoy a life free from food control, guilt, and shame.

Christine is dedicated to helping individuals transform their health and enhance their quality of life through personalized nutrition and lifestyle changes. Your first session with Christine
During your first session, Christine’s goal is to get to know you better. She'll ask many questions regarding your medical history, nutrition habits, and goals. Christine will drill down, asking deeper questions to help uncover behaviors and thoughts you may not discovered on your own. With a deep commitment to evidence-based practice, Christine works closely with her clients to create sustainable, realistic plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
