About Christine

Hi there! I'm Christine, a dedicated registered dietitian with a love for food and a dedication to helping others live healthier, happier lives. I’m married with three wonderful children and a lovable dog, which keeps our home full of energy and joy. My journey into dietetics was inspired by my love for food and the impact nutrition can have on overall health. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, from long-term care and rehab to home care, and now in my own practice. I've gained a wealth of experience that allows me to guide individuals towards making sustainable, health-focused changes in their lives. In addition to my dietetics expertise, I also obtained my personal training certification, fueled by my passion for exercise and movement. This combination of nutrition and fitness gives me a holistic approach to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals. I’m excited to be part of your journey to becoming your healthiest and happiest self!

Approach to care

I firmly believe that when we treat our bodies with kindness, they will respond in kind. Nutrition and physical activity play a crucial role in achieving optimal health, preventing disease, and managing chronic conditions. Additionally, I find that health goals are most effectively realized when we embrace the idea that both food and exercise can be sources of enjoyment and fulfillment.

Your first session with Christine

In our initial session, we will take the time to understand your health journey, including your motivations, current nutritional status, lifestyle factors, and dietary preferences or restrictions. This discussion will provide a foundation for setting both short- and long-term goals, along with actionable strategies to support your progress over time.
