About Christine

Hi! I’m a registered and licensed dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition Education and over eight years of experience helping individuals and families build a peaceful, nourishing relationship with food. I’ve worked in hospitals, long-term care, and corporate wellness—and found my passion in one-on-one counseling, where I can offer personalized, compassionate support. I work with eating disorders, disordered eating, sports nutrition, family nutrition, and chronic disease prevention. My approach is weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based care and real-life compassion. Outside of sessions, I love exploring the Colorado outdoors with my young one and our dog, experimenting in the kitchen, and making space for rest and movement. I believe in sustainable self-care—for myself and those I work with.

Approach to care

My approach with clients is grounded in connection, curiosity, and respect. Whether you're working to heal your relationship with food, manage a medical condition, or build positive habits within your family, I provide a supportive space to explore what nourishment looks like for you. I use a behavior-change and mindful eating framework to guide our work together; helping you tune in and trust your body’s cues, challenge unhelpful patterns, and rebuild trust with food. For families, I offer practical, sustainable strategies to support intuitive eating in children—from toddlers to teens—because I believe a strong foundation at home is key to long-term well-being. As a working parent myself, I understand the realities of feeding a family and striving to take care of yourself at the same time. I bring empathy and lived experience to our work and will always tailor your care to your life, not the other way around.

Your first session with Christine

Our first session is all about getting to know you and your health journey. We’ll explore what brought you to nutrition counseling, your current goals, and the challenges you’ve faced with food, eating, body image, etc. I strive to put you at ease as we explore health history and the direction you would like to take your nutrition. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your background, daily routines, preferences, and health history. Together, we’ll begin to identify areas of focus, and bite-sized, meaningful steps you can take the moment we end our session. You can expect to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and energized with a clear idea of what our work together will look like moving forward. My goal is for you to feel grounded, respected, and hopeful about the path ahead.
