Patient reviews

  • “Christine is supportive and amazing! She’s got a ton of wisdom to share and will hold space for wherever you are. So much of how we manage our eating is unpacking our behavoiral habits…she’s great at asking questions that really uncover the root issues. “

About Christine

Hi there, friend. If you're reading this, you might be looking for a different kind of support with your nutrition journey. After spending over 30 years in this field, I've come to understand that nutrition is deeply personal—it's interwoven with our emotions, experiences, and daily lives in ways we don't always recognize. I'm not the dietitian who'll hand you a strict meal plan or ask you to count every calorie or your macros. Instead, I'm here to walk alongside you, offering evidence-based guidance wrapped in genuine compassion. Every person I work with brings their own unique story, and I consider it a privilege to help you write the next chapters of yours.

Approach to care

When we work together, we'll look beyond the scale. Your body is a complex system where meaningful changes often happen internally first, before reflecting in your weight. Our journey begins with gentle self-discovery of the patterns and emotions connected to your eating habits. I listen without judgment and help you understand the connections between what you eat, how you feel, and why. There's no "perfect diet" or forbidden foods in my approach. We'll find practical ways to nourish your body that honor your preferences and lifestyle. This path creates more than temporary changes—it builds a peaceful relationship with food that lasts a lifetime.

Your first session with Christine

Our initial 60-minute telehealth session is a space for you to share your story. I'll listen as you talk about your health history, habits, hopes, and challenges. By the end, you'll have clarity about patterns in your relationship with food and simple first steps that feel nurturing, not restrictive. Clients often call our sessions "Food Therapy" because while we discuss nutrition, we're really addressing your whole self. Transformation unfolds gradually—some changes you'll feel immediately, others with time. What matters most is that you won't be alone. I'll celebrate every victory with you and provide support through challenges.
