Hi, I'm Chris or CP and I am a registered dietitian specializing in sports nutrition, weight management, and chronic conditions that impact the endocrine system. My most recent experience includes working with the Detroit Tigers organization, where I supported both major league and minor league athletes in optimizing performance, recovery, and overall health. My counseling style is empathetic, practical, and research-driven — I believe in using high-quality evidence to guide care while meeting clients where they are. Whether helping someone improve performance, manage weight, or navigate a complex medical condition, my goal is to create personalized strategies that are sustainable and empowering. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active myself — training, practicing, and competing in amateur disc golf.

I believe nutrition should encompass three key elements: nourishment, fulfillment, and enjoyment. These look different for every individual, and my role is to help you discover what they mean for you. In today’s world, nutrition has often been overcomplicated by misinformation, poor-quality research, and the pressure to emulate others. My approach is to cut through that noise and create realistic, evidence-based plans that support healthier, sustainable habits. Together, we’ll focus on nourishing your body, optimizing hormone balance, and building strategies that help you confidently reach your goals.

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I want to understand your goals, your story, and the barriers you may be facing. From there, we can begin building an individualized plan that truly works for you. Together, we’ll focus on your experiences — what has worked well, what hasn’t — and use that insight to create a realistic, sustainable path forward.
