Hi, I’m Chris (or CP)! I’m a registered dietitian passionate about helping people perform better, feel amazing, and take control of their health. I specialize in sports nutrition, weight management, diabetes and other hormone-driven health issue- turning complex science into practical, personalized strategies you can actually stick to. My most recent experience includes working with the Detroit Tigers organization, where I supported both major league and minor league athletes in optimizing performance, recovery, and overall health. My counseling style is empathetic, practical, and research-driven — I believe in using high-quality evidence to guide care while meeting clients where they are. Whether helping someone improve performance, manage weight, or navigate a complex medical condition, my goal is to create personalized strategies that are sustainable and empowering. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active myself — training, practicing, and competing in amateur disc golf.

From there, we can begin building an individualized plan that truly works for you. Together, we’ll focus on your experiences — what has worked well, what hasn’t — and use that insight to create a realistic, sustainable path forward.
