About Christy
Hi, I'm Christy, a registered dietitian with experience in both inpatient and outpatient nutrition care. I earned my Bachelor's and Master's degree in Nutrition with a concentration in Dietetics from Appalachian State University. I enjoy helping individuals simplify nutrition, focus on evidence-based guidance, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health. Outside of work, I enjoy experimenting with new recipes, staying active, and spending time with my Great Pyrenees-German Shepherd mix.
