About Cindy
I'm Cindy Dallow, a Registered Dietitian with more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals on their journey to better health. As a certified personal trainer, intuitive eating counselor, and lifelong endurance athlete, I bring a well-rounded approach to wellness. I specialize in helping women build strength, improve their relationship with food, and feel confident in their bodies—without extreme diets or spending hours in the gym.
Approach to care
I take a holistic, Health at Every Size® approach to nutrition and fitness, rooted in the principles of Intuitive Eating. I believe that health is about more than weight—it’s about how you feel in your body, your energy levels, and your ability to do the things you love. For women over 50, building strength, supporting muscle health, and staying active are key to long-term wellness. My goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and confident through realistic, sustainable changes in how you eat and move.
Your first session with Cindy
We will spend some time getting to know each other first, and then I will ask you some questions about your eating and exercise habits. We'll decide on short-term and long-term goals and craft a plan together to work toward those goals. We will decide how often to meet and what we will cover in each follow-up session. I hope this will be an enlightening and empowering experience!
