“Cindy always gives me really valuable information to get my health on the right track.“
June 17th, 2024“Cindy and I had a great talk today. Based on experience with other health professionals I was expecting to be judged for my lack of tracking over vacation and that was not the attitude I received. Cindy met me today with compassion and I'm grateful for her meeting me where I'm at while pushing me to do more“

About Cindy
Professionally, I am a research driven Registered Dietitian with more than a decade of experience with diet and lifestyle change. Personally, I am a food loving, beekeeping, gardener who enjoys every aspect of food from farm to table. I love nothing more than to help people rebuild their relationship with food while repairing their health. I believe that health and wellness is attainable at any age, any ability, and without sacrificing the foods we love. I have spent my years as a dietitian helping individuals navigate food related disease states, weight loss, rare disease, menopause, metabolic syndrome as well as improving athletic performance, healthy weight gain, and diet improvement.
Approach to care
Food is about more than just nourishment or even healing. Food is the center of celebrations, gathering of family, treasured memories, culture, and so much more. It is my philosophy that as we build your diet together these "beyond nourishment" factors should pay a key role in your dietary lifestyle change. We do not exist in a bubble and as such, your diet should fit your life obligations. Through a combination of medical review and your input, I will help you build a diet that fits your schedule and your food preferences without sacrificing your eating happiness.
Your first session with Cindy
During your first hour session we will talk extensively about your food likes and dislikes, dietary struggles and successes, medical history, and any laboratory values of concern. We will discuss medication and supplementation as well as your typical week, time constraints, and food intake. I will take the time to get to know you and your life so that my recommendations fit your needs. You will leave our first session having questions answered, a direction of your program, and homework until your next booked session!
