About Cindy
Hi, I'm Cindy, a Registered Dietitian with 19 years of experience. I earned a Bachelor of Science and practice in clinical and hospital settings, long-term care, and dialysis, which has given me a broad view of how nutrition shows up in everyday health. I work with a wide range of patients and I value the relationships I build with them. Outside of work, you’ll often find me on the golf course, rucking, hiking, or spending time with my family. I’m dedicated to meeting you where you are and guiding you toward lasting change.
Approach to care
Together we’ll approach nutrition as evidence-based and patient-centered. My philosophy blends science with empathy; I listen first, then translate research into practical steps you can actually live. I support HAES principles and focus on behaviors and sustainable habits rather than quick fixes or dieting culture. We’ll set clear, doable goals and celebrate progress at every step. My aim is to empower you with knowledge and tools, so you feel confident managing your health long after our sessions, in a holistic, nonjudgmental space.
Your first session with Cindy
Think of our first appointment as a warm, collaborative conversation. We’ll review your medical history and current routines to understand what matters most to you. We’ll establish short-term goals that are realistic and meaningful, and we’ll spend time building rapport so you feel heard. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. I’ll guide you, and we’ll shape a plan that fits your life and values. If you enjoy family time and outdoor activities, we can weave those into your roadmap.
