About Citlaly
As a Registered Dietitian with experience working in professional sports, I’ve had the privilege of helping athletes optimize their performance, recovery, and overall health through food. My approach goes far beyond nutrition plans — it’s about connection. Whether through breaking language barriers or simply showing genuine care, I believe trust is built when people feel understood. Working in a high-performance setting taught me that every individual — athlete or not — thrives when nutrition becomes sustainable and personalized. Now, I’m continuing to do what I love by expanding my care beyond the field. My mission is to help people use food as medicine, improving their quality of life through small, consistent changes rather than quick fixes.

Your first session with Citlaly
During our first session, we’ll get to know each other and discuss your goals, lifestyle, and current habits in detail. I’ll take the time to understand your daily routine, challenges, and motivations so that together we can create a nutrition plan that feels realistic and sustainable. We’ll review your current eating patterns, energy levels, and overall health, and if relevant, I’ll consider factors like training schedules, recovery needs, or lab results. This session is all about learning your story — not about judgment or perfection. You can expect a relaxed, open conversation where you feel heard and supported. By the end, you’ll walk away with clear next steps and small, achievable changes to start building momentum toward your long-term goals.
