About Claire

As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Pilates Instructor, I am deeply committed to helping others lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. My approach centers on education—empowering individuals to understand the vital role nutrition plays in everyday health and well-being. I bring extensive experience as a sports dietitian, having supported Division I collegiate athletes as well as individuals of all ages in optimizing performance through strategic fueling and hydration. Additionally, my background includes clinical work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, where I’ve provided evidence-based nutrition guidance for managing diabetes, heart health, weight, and overall wellness. Whether working with athletes or clients navigating chronic conditions, my goal is to support sustainable lifestyle changes. I tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs, helping them build realistic, long-term habits that promote lasting health and balance.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition should be simple, inclusive, and personalized to fit each individual's unique lifestyle and goals. My approach is rooted in compassionate, nonjudgmental care—meeting clients where they are and guiding them forward at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable. Rather than promoting restrictive diets, I focus on small, realistic changes that can be seamlessly integrated into daily life. I take the time to understand each person’s preferences, routines, and challenges, crafting a tailored plan that supports both physical health and overall well-being. My goal is to make healthy eating feel accessible and empowering—never overwhelming—by fostering lasting habits that truly work for the individual.

Your first session with Claire

Your first session will begin with a introduction and a comprehensive nutrition assessment. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to learn more about your reasons for seeking support, as well as your personal health and nutrition goals. We'll have a conversation about your medical history, lifestyle, eating habits, food preferences, and any challenges you may be facing. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to create a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your unique needs, goals, and daily routine. My goal is to ensure you leave the session feeling supported, informed, and confident about your next steps.
