About Claire

As a Registered Dietitian, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Personal Trainer, I’m passionate about helping others create healthy, fulfilling lifestyles that truly last. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with movement and mindset, empowering individuals to understand how food and exercise work together to support their goals. My background includes inpatient and outpatient clinical nutrition, where I’ve guided individuals in managing diabetes, heart health, and sustainable weight management. I also specialize in GLP-1–assisted weight loss, helping individuals optimize their nutrition, preserve muscle mass, and maintain long-term results. In addition, I bring experience as a sports dietitian, having supported Division I collegiate athletes and active individuals in fueling for peak performance and recovery. My goal is to help you build confidence and consistency through simple, sustainable nutrition strategies.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition should be simple, inclusive, and personalized to fit each individual's unique lifestyle and goals. My approach is rooted in compassionate, nonjudgmental care—meeting clients where they are and guiding them forward at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable. Rather than promoting restrictive diets, I focus on small, realistic changes that can be seamlessly integrated into daily life. I take the time to understand each person’s preferences, routines, and challenges, crafting a tailored plan that supports both physical health and overall well-being. My goal is to make healthy eating feel accessible and empowering—never overwhelming—by fostering lasting habits that truly work for the individual.

Your first session with Claire

Your first session will begin with a introduction and a comprehensive nutrition assessment. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to learn more about your reasons for seeking support, as well as your personal health and nutrition goals. We'll have a conversation about your medical history, lifestyle, eating habits, food preferences, and any challenges you may be facing. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to create a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your unique needs, goals, and daily routine. My goal is to ensure you leave the session feeling supported, informed, and confident about your next steps.
