About Claire

I am a registered dietitian with experience working primarily with adults, with a special interest in women’s health, gut-related conditions, and athletic performance. I chose to become a dietitian because I wanted to better understand what proper nutrition actually looks like in a world where diet culture—especially on social media—often spreads misinformation and unrealistic expectations. Through my own journey, I’ve shifted my relationship with food from seeing it as the enemy to viewing it as fuel that supports both physical and mental well-being. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and working out, which has further reinforced my belief in nutrition as a tool to enhance performance, energy, and overall quality of life

My approach to care is warm, supportive, and rooted in evidence-based nutrition. I strive to create a judgment-free space where clients feel heard, educated, and empowered to make changes that are realistic and sustainable. I focus on helping clients move away from restrictive or fear-based food rules and toward a balanced understanding of food as nourishment and fuel. Whether we’re addressing gut health concerns, supporting athletic goals, or building a healthier relationship with food, I tailor recommendations to fit each individual’s lifestyle and needs. My goal is to provide clear, practical guidance that helps clients feel confident in their nutrition choices without added stress or guilt.

This is a judgment-free conversation focused on understanding what’s important to you and what challenges you may be facing. Together, we’ll begin identifying realistic, personalized nutrition strategies that support your gut health, performance, and overall well-being—without restrictive rules or unnecessary stress. You can expect education, collaboration, and practical guidance designed to help you feel confident and supported as we move forward.
