About Claire
Hi! I am a registered dietitian who is passionate about individualizing nutrition to the client by first getting to know you! Everyone has different goals, lifestyles, and values. I like to understand the individual and what motivates them so I can help them implement these new habits. My nutrition philosophy is nutrition by addition so we can still include our family recipes & favorite foods! Food plays a role in culture, community and activities so there is always a balance!
Approach to care
I like to get to know you first! This helps me understand your values, goals, lifestyle so I can best help you and provide you the nutrition resources that you hope to get out of each session. I also can see how each person would feel best supported or types of resources they best respond to.
Your first session with Claire
In the first session, I will get to know the client, understand their goals in life or goals in these sessions, review their values, best way of learning, discuss their current lifestyle of working, exercising and free time and then I will analyze diet. We then can walk through nutrition gaps that we can fill or alter to better support their goals.

I am always on the hunt for the best bagel, pizza & coffee shop in town! I enjoy staying active through strength training, HIIT, yoga or walking along the lake (bonus if there is a sunrise/sunset!)
