About Claire
I am a RD based in New York City and Long Island. I earned my undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering at Lehigh University, where I became interested in how the environment affects health. After struggling with hormonal imbalances, acne, and fatigue, I discovered how powerful personalized nutrition could be. Learning how to fuel my body helped me restore my energy, heal my relationship with food, and improve my skin and overall well-being. I later earned a Master of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University, completing over 1,200 hours of supervised practice. My training includes women's health, diabetes, PCOS, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, autoimmune conditions, and food allergies. I am also a certified Integrative Nutrition Wellness Coach, allowing me to take a holistic, evidence-based approach. My mission is to help people build sustainable health—nutrition and habits that fit real life, not perfection.
Approach to care
As a Registered Dietitian, my nutrition counseling philosophy is grounded in a holistic and personalized approach. I am committed to understanding and addressing the unique needs and circumstances of each client, crafting individualized nutrition plans that resonate with their specific health goals. I prioritize the cultivation of a positive and sustainable relationship with food, encouraging the inclusion of whole and nutrient-dense choices in daily eating habits.
