Patient reviews
“Clancy is awesome, she helped us learn how to effectively manage our 1yos nutritional goals. She listens super well and even did research outside of our appointments to advise us on a particular concern we had.“

“Clancy did a great job of listening and highlighting the goals I had“
“Clancy always makes me feel understood and brings real solutions that I can realistically implement in my life“
About Clancy
I’ve been an RD since 2018 & have worked in both pediatrics & adults. I have extensive experience working with premature & full term infants, malnutrition and poor growth, starting solids with your baby, prenatal nutrition, IBD, general health & wellness, and chronic disease prevention & treatment. I am passionate about meeting patients & families where they are: there are no hard-and-fast rules about "how" you have to change or what your goals "should" be. I am a mom, a dog-mom, a wife, a Harry Potter enthusiast, a contra-dancer, and an avid cook & baker! I am available for appointments from Tuesday-Friday from 8AM until 4PM EST; I do not offer evenings and weekends.
Approach to care
I practice with a person-first, patient-centered approach to care: I will give you my recommendations for areas of change, but will look to you to tell me where you want to start. It is up to US, as partners, to co-create a plan for you or your family that will accomplish your goals in a way that fits into your life. I do not subscribe to any particular health dogma, and I remain flexible in the way I approach each patient or family's unique set of circumstances. I expect my patients and families to be ready to reflect upon their motivations to change, what changes they've tried, and where they are willing to try new things. This will set you up for the most sustainable, long-term success!
Your first session with Clancy
Our first session will be a get-to-know-you. I will tell you about myself, and I'll have questions to get to know you. After that we will review your medical history (if you have any lab work, make sure you have that handy) as well as your diet and lifestyle habits. Towards the end of our session we will talk about scheduling follow up sessions and what to expect in our work moving forward!
