As a Registered Dietitian, Returned Peace Corps Community Health Volunteer, and Certified Personal Trainer, I want to support you in creating a healthier lifestyle through food and movement. I have experience in Fitness Nutrition, keeping you fueled and on-track towards your next goal, as well as Lifestyle Nutrition, working to create a healthy mindset around sustainable change.
Approach to care
I have a real-foods-first approach, but do not believe ANY foods are off limits. The goal is to incorporate more plants with functional properties and nourish your body from the inside out. I do believe food can work as medicine. My coaching style is being your biggest cheerleader while also holding you accountable. Together we will set realistic goals until you feel confident to navigate your relationship with food all on your own!

Getting to know what your needs are and what I can provide for you. We will discuss things you have tried in the past, what worked/didn't work and of course, what your current diet looks like! It is important that you feel safe discussing everything from your greatest indulgence, to the texture of your #2!
