About Claudia
I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian dedicated to evidence-based, compassionate care. I earned my first bachelor’s degree in Nutrition in Brazil in 2004 and later completed additional training in the U.S., including a bachelor’s degree from Utah State University and a master’s degree in Nutrition. I began my career with the WIC program, where I gained extensive experience in breastfeeding support, infant and child nutrition, and prenatal and postpartum care. I have over 13 years of healthcare experience, including inpatient, home health, and outpatient nutrition counseling. Becoming a mother and later welcoming my second child—a miracle baby after pregnancy loss—deepened my focus on women’s health, fertility, breastfeeding, and menopause, as well as strengthened my Christian faith. I am passionate about supporting women through every stage of life with patient-centered, science-based nutrition care.
Approach to care

She believes in a patient-centered, non-diet approach that honors each individual’s unique background, preferences, and goals. Her care focuses on sustainable, evidence-based lifestyle changes that promote long-term health and well-being. Claudia works to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to take charge of their health without guilt or restriction, emphasizing progress over perfection.
