In our first session, we’ll spend time talking through your health history, current eating habits, lifestyle, and goals. There’s no judgment—just a conversation to help me understand where you’re starting from and where you’d like to go. Together, we’ll begin to outline a plan that feels manageable and tailored to you. You’ll leave with clarity, encouragement, and a few simple, practical steps to begin moving toward your goals. Most importantly, you’ll leave knowing you have a partner in your corner who’s here to support you every step of the way.
