About Cole

I received my Bachelors of Science in Dietetics with a minor in Military Leadership at the University of Kentucky - Go Cats; I received my Masters of Public Health with a concentration in Nutrition from the University of South Florida - Go Bulls! My nutrition journey began when I was teenager and my parents suggested I consume more McDonalds to achieve a greater weight class. At the time, I took their advice, and not only did I not achieve a desirable weight, but I felt terrible from eating so much fast food. I took an introduction to nutrition class as an undergraduate which inspired me to learn more about nutrition and wellness, which further inspired me to dedicate my professional life to educating and helping others with their nutrition, preventing chronic disease, and achieving the best version of themselves through nutrition. Preventative medicine is the best medicine, and food is medicine!

Approach to care

I’m here to help you build a healthy, sustainable relationship with food—whether your goals include preventing chronic disease, weight management, or improving performance in the gym. My nutrition philosophy is centered on balance, flexibility, and evidence-based guidance. I don’t believe in extreme restrictions or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I work with you to develop realistic strategies and nutrition plans that fit your lifestyle, preferences, and long-term goals.

Your first session with Cole

Your first session is an important step in taking control of your health and developing a nutrition plan that works for you. I’ll ask about your health history, current routines, eating habits, physical activity, and any challenges you’ve been facing. This is a judgment-free space—my goal is to listen, understand your story, and begin forming a full picture of where you are now and where you want to be. You can expect a mix of education, conversation, and collaboration. Together, we’ll set 1–3 realistic, short-term goals that feel manageable and meaningful to you. These could relate to eating patterns, movement, hydration, or mindset. Before the session ends, we’ll talk about what follow-up might look like. This first session is just the beginning of building a partnership that supports your goals—not just for today, but for the long term.
