About Colleen

Hi, I'm Colleen, a Boston-based Registered Dietitian with six years of experience helping people build healthier relationships with food. I earned my MS in Applied Nutrition from Northeastern University and work across clinical hospital, private practice, and community health settings. I love translating science into real life. Outside of work you’ll usually find me running, doing yoga, trying new recipes, or exploring the coast with a walk on the beach and a craft project in hand. I’m excited to meet you!

Approach to care

My care philosophy is built on evidence-based, compassionate partnership. I believe in meeting you where you are, with warmth and without judgment, and we’ll translate the science into practical steps you can actually fit into your life. I practice weight-neutral and inclusive care that supports lifestyle habits over numbers, and I teach you the why behind recommendations so you can understand your choices. Together we’ll focus on sustainable, holistic changes that honor your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Your first session with Colleen

Think of our first appointment as a friendly conversation rather than an exam. Our time is about you: we’ll get to know your medical history, current eating patterns, lifestyle, and goals, and I’ll listen for what matters most to you. You don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll review your history and establish 1 or 2 short-term goals to start. We’ll discuss practical steps and how we’ll track progress, with plenty of support and no pressure.
