About Colleen

With over 30 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I specialize in providing personalized nutrition care tailored to the unique needs of each client. My career has been rooted in the healthcare setting, where I’ve worked extensively with individuals managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.

Approach to care

Throughout my career, I’ve supported patients across a variety of specialized areas, including outpatient diabetes counseling, bariatric surgery nutrition, gestational diabetes, and GLP-1 therapy guidance. I take a patient-centered approach, focusing on realistic, sustainable strategies that empower individuals to take control of their health. My goal is to translate complex medical nutrition therapy into practical, compassionate care that helps people improve their quality of life—one step at a time.

Your first session with Colleen

In our first session together, I want to get to know you — your health background, eating habits, lifestyle, and goals. This will help me understand how to best support you in a way that feels realistic, respectful, and personal. I want to know what you hope to achieve from nutrition counseling. We’ll set small, manageable goals based on your readiness and needs. You are always in the driver’s seat — I’m here to guide and encourage, not to prescribe one-size-fits-all solutions.
