About Connor

I’m a Registered Dietitian with a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition and a passion for helping others improve their health through sustainable habits. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Foods and my Master’s Degree in Nutritional and Food Science from West Virginia University. Throughout my dietetic training, I developed a particular interest in sports nutrition, which continues to shape my approach to personalized care. My professional experience spans a variety of settings, including long-term care, outpatient clinics, and private practice. This diverse background has allowed me to work with individuals across all stages of life and health, from managing chronic conditions to supporting overall wellness goals. I’m committed to providing practical, realistic guidance that empowers clients to build a positive relationship with food and achieve long-term success.

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition care is grounded in evidence-based recommendations that are both practical and sustainable. I believe that effective nutrition guidance should fit into your life—not the other way around. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition, which is why I take the time to understand each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and goals. Whether you’re navigating a health condition or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, I work collaboratively with you to develop realistic strategies that support lasting change and a healthy relationship with food.

Your first session with Connor

Your first session is all about getting to know each other and laying the foundation for your nutrition journey. We’ll discuss your goals, your current routines, and any factors—such as medical history, lifestyle, or personal preferences—that may influence your nutrition needs. This is also a time for you to share what you’re hoping to get out of our sessions, whether it’s managing a health condition, building healthier habits, or improving your relationship with food. You can also expect some initial education tailored to your unique situation, so you feel informed and empowered from the very start.
