Welcome to Nourish and my profile page! I'm from Michigan and received an education at Central Michigan University and Grand Valley State University. I moved to the Metro-Detroit area for work and is now where I currently reside. I counseled patients in the outpatient setting for several years and became confident in a wide array of conditions. The most prominent being a Diabetes Educator in a state-recognized program and a Bariatric Dietitian for an amazing surgeon. With Nourish, I love that anyone in the country has easy access to a Registered Dietitian, and I'm glad to be part of making that access possible.

Approach to care

As a dietitian and as a person, I’m driven by the desire to help people feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. I’ve learned that nutrition is rarely just about food—it’s often a reflection of someone’s life, stressors, and circumstances. By listening closely and understanding the bigger picture, I help make meaningful, sustainable changes - at the plate and beyond.

In your first session with me, we'll review your background information and jump into what your nutrition needs are. We can flow with what you want to talk about and need, or I can lead the conversation and cover the essentials. I want you to get the answers and information you need.
