Hello! I’m Constance Brown-Riggs, a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified diabetes care and education specialist with over 25 years of experience. I specialize in type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, and gestational diabetes, focusing on the cultural factors that impact health. My approach is inclusive, evidence-based, and tailored to your needs. As both a clinician and educator, I bring nutrition science to life in my counseling practice, helping hundreds of patients navigate their health journey. I’m the author of The African American Guide to Living Well with Diabetes, and Diabetes Guide to Enjoying Foods of the World. My work has been featured in Today’s Dietitian, diaTribe, BlackDoctor and other leading publications. My goal is to make nutrition practical, accessible, and culturally relevant—so you can enjoy the foods you love while reaching your health goals.
