About Coral

I’m a registered dietitian who specializes in supporting individuals healing from eating disorders and rebuilding a peaceful, trusting relationship with food. I’ve worked closely with clients experiencing bulimia, anorexia, OSFED, and binge eating disorder across various levels of care. I also bring experience from the hospital setting, where I supported patients through complex medical conditions, particularly those undergoing cancer treatment. My practice is rooted in compassion, evidence-based nutrition, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I’m here to help you navigate nourishment in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and aligned with your goals.

Approach to care

My approach is weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, and grounded in flexibility and collaboration. I believe every client deserves care that honors their autonomy and meets them exactly where they are- no judgment, no pressure, and no ā€œone-size-fits-allā€ plans. I focus on helping you reconnect with your body, understand the ā€œwhyā€ behind your eating patterns, and build skills that reduce anxiety around food. Sessions with me tend to be gentle, structured, and centered on empowerment. I blend clinical expertise with a warm, validating counseling style so you always feel supported and safe. Working with me may feel different from traditional nutrition counseling- I’m less focused on numbers and more focused on helping you cultivate trust, stability, and confidence in your eating and self-care.

Your first session with Coral

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin understanding your story. I’ll ask about your relationship with food, your health history, your goals, and anything that feels important for me to know about how you care for yourself. There’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready; your comfort sets the pace. We’ll work together to identify your immediate needs and create a plan for moving forward in a way that feels manageable and supportive. You can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you’re encouraged to show up exactly as you are. My goal for that first meeting is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the steps ahead.
