About Corinna

As a strong advocate for holistic health, I believe that food is not only fuel for the body but also a key contributor to overall wellness. I work closely with clients to create sustainable, realistic nutrition strategies that fit their unique lifestyle, preferences, and health-related goals. In addition to one-on-one consultations, I have experience conducting group nutrition workshops, virtual meal support, cooking demonstrations and classes, and collaborating with healthcare providers to manage nutrition-related conditions.

Approach to care

I maintain a non-diet approach to nutrition care. A non-diet approach is one that maintains a way of thinking about health and wellness that emphasizes self-acceptance, weight inclusivity, and intuitive eating. My approach to nutrition is holistic, addressing all areas of well-being, so that clients can feel their absolute best during their health journey.

Your first session with Corinna

In our first visit together, you can expect a comprehensive assessment to be completed. I will ask about your personal health and nutrition goals. These might include weight management, improving energy, managing a health condition, or improving eating habits in general. We will discuss your medical history, typical daily meals, snacks, and drinks in detail, your activity level, sleep habits, and lifestyle to get a complete picture. Based on your goals and current eating patterns, we may discuss a personalized meal plan, modifications to your current eating habits, or specific nutrients to focus on. We may discuss gradual changes or set initial small goals rather than drastic ones to ensure sustainability. We will review our discussion in summary and answer any questions you may have. Lastly, we will have discussion about future sessions or check-ins to track progress and adjust your health and nutrition plan as necessary.
