About Courtney
Hi, I’m Courtney, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) based in Massachusetts. I earned my BS in Dietetics from the University of Arizona and my Master’s in Nutrition from Northeastern University, building a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition care. I’m passionate about helping people create a healthier relationship with food that supports both physical well-being and a positive mindset. Whether your goal is weight loss, improved energy, or simply feeling better day to day, I provide realistic, personalized guidance rooted in science — not trends or quick fixes. My approach is compassionate and sustainable. I believe food should be nourishing, enjoyable, and never a source of stress or shame. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your lifestyle, goals, and preferences. Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar, traveling, running, boating, and spending time with my husband and our dogs, Fenway and Twix.
Approach to care
At the heart of my care philosophy is a collaborative, sustainable path to health. I ground all guidance in current evidence and translate it into practical steps you can actually follow. I aim to be empathetic and warm, meeting you where you are and honoring your experiences without judgment. My approach embraces Health At Every Size and focuses on behavior and nourishment, not dieting or numbers on a scale. I’m committed to educating you so you feel confident making decisions that fit your values now and in the long run.
Your first session with Courtney
What to expect in your first appointment: We'll take time to get to know you and your story. We'll review medical history, labs or biometrics, and establish short-term goals. We'll dive into your relationship with food in a non-judgmental way and begin to shape a realistic plan that fits your routines. You don't need to have it all figured out before we meet. We'll work together to set a couple of attainable next steps and build the foundation for ongoing progress.
