Approach to care
Nutrition is not 'one size fits all'. As such, I have a multi-focal approach to care. It is client focused assuring that their nutrition plan is individualized to their needs and preferences. My approach is evidence based so that clients have a greater understanding of current nutrition research. Mindfulness and intuitive eating strategies are practiced and encouraged.
Your first session with Courtney
I would like to get to know you and want you to be comfortable with me. In our first session, I want to learn a lot about you- your health and wellness concerns, your food and physical activity preferences, and even your favorite hobbies.
