About Courtney
Hi, I’m Courtney—a registered dietitian specializing in women’s health, hormones, and functional nutrition. I help women connect the dots between their symptoms and root causes, so they can feel more energized, confident, and in tune with their bodies. Whether you’re dealing with fatigue, digestive issues, irregular cycles, or just not feeling like yourself, I’m here to help you understand what your body is telling you—and how to support it in a sustainable way.
Approach to care
My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and fully personalized. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all diets or quick fixes. Instead, we’ll look at your unique symptoms, lifestyle, and goals to build a supportive nutrition and lifestyle plan that actually feels doable. I focus on nourishment, not restriction, and I aim to empower you with the tools, education, and support you need to feel well in your body—not just now, but long-term.
Your first session with Courtney
Our first session is all about you. We’ll go over your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals so I can get a full picture of what’s going on beneath the surface. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of where we’re headed and a few first steps to begin supporting your body. Most importantly, this is a judgment-free space—you can come as you are.
