About Courtney
Courtney Kawamoto is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) with a passion for supporting clients' health and wellbeing holistically and fueling performance. She was previously the Associate Director of Sports Nutrition at the University of Virginia Athletics Department from 2021 - 2025, where she provided individualized nutrition services to nine varsity teams, including soccer, wrestling, softball, volleyball, football, lacrosse, and rowing. Courtney is committed to helping clients optimize performance, recovery, and overall well-being through evidence-based nutrition strategies. She brings a deep understanding of diverse nutritional needs and leverages a comprehensive approach - including nutrition, hydration, supplementation, and behavior change - to help clients reach their goals in a sustainable way.

Your first session is all about you - your goals, your routine, and any challenges you're facing. Courtney will take the time to understand your health history, nutrition habits, lifestyle, and, if applicable, training schedule. Whatever your goals may be, this is a supportive space to share your priorities and ask questions. Together, you'll identify key areas for improvement, set realistic and achievable goals, and build a personalized plan to help you reach them.
