About Courtney

Courtney has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) for 13 years. Courtney is passionate about helping others and she stives to make nutrition easier for all. Courtney's interest spurred in this field after her aunt suggested she take a nutrition class and sharing that her young's cousin visit with a Dietitian lead to her diagnosis of celiac's disease. Courtney was amazed with how a change in her cousin's diet had a huge impact in her daily life. She has spent the last 11 years working with women and children ages 0 to 5.

Approach to care

Courtney believes in a whole person approach when it comes to nutrition. Nutrition is so much more than what we eat, it can be impacted by many factors of our daily lives. Finding a balanced, long-term change is not only achievable, but Courtney believes it can be enjoyable too. From a foundation of a safe space, Courtney strives to develop brave space, where clients can voice their feelings, struggles and successes on their nutrition journey. Using a balanced eating approach, Courtney aims to help clients build or continue towards a positive relationship with food.
