About Courtney

Courtney has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) for 13 years. She is passionate about helping others and is dedicated to making nutrition more accessible and easier to understand. Her interest in the field began when her aunt encouraged her to take a nutrition class and shared how a visit with a dietitian led to her young cousin’s diagnosis of celiac disease. Courtney was deeply inspired by the profound impact dietary changes had on her cousin’s quality of life. For the past 11 years, she has focused on working with women and families with children from birth to age five.

Approach to care

Courtney embraces a whole-person approach to nutrition, recognizing that it’s influenced by many aspects of daily life beyond just the food we eat. She believes that finding balance and making lasting changes is not only possible, but can also be a fulfilling and enjoyable process. Starting from a foundation of safety, Courtney works to create a brave space—where clients feel empowered to share their feelings, challenges, and triumphs throughout their nutrition journey. Through a balanced eating approach, she supports clients in building—or continuing—a positive and sustainable relationship with food.

Your first session with Courtney

In your first session with Courtney, you'll work together to uncover the "why" behind your nutrition journey, helping to build the foundation for lasting motivation. Taking a holistic approach, Courtney will explore your health history as well as your current and past relationship with food. From there, she’ll collaborate with you to create a personalized plan designed to support your goals and guide you forward with confidence
