About Courtney

Hey, I’m Courtney! I’m passionate about food and nutrition, and I love helping adults, families, and kids of all ages develop healthier eating habits. Whether it’s supporting children with selective eating or poor weight gain, helping manage obesity or prediabetes, or just encouraging people to make better food choices, I’ve worked with a wide range of challenges. I’ve also spent time at WIC, supporting prenatal and postpartum moms, babies, and kids. Plus I’m a certified lactation counselor, so I’m always here to help with breastfeeding support

Approach to care

My approach to care is all about positivity, support, and creativity. I believe in working together as a team to make lasting, meaningful changes that fit your life. I aim to educate, empower, and provide personalized care to meet your unique needs. I know the world of nutrition can be overwhelming, so I’m here to meet you where you’re at, listen to your concerns, and help guide you every step of the way.

Your first session with Courtney

This is all about getting to know each other! I want to learn what you like (and what you don’t), so we can make a plan that works for you. I understand that everyone’s journey is unique, so there’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. Share your concerns, and together we’ll set a few realistic goals you can start working on right away. We’ll build on those as we go, making sure you feel supported every step of the way! Oh, and sorry in advance if my dog is barking in the background.
