About Courtney
Hi, Iām Courtney Martin, a Registered Dietitian who helps people heal their relationship with food and body. I specialize in eating disorders and disordered eating, providing care that is weight-inclusive and trauma-informed. I also enjoy working with dancers and athletes, supporting performance and recovery with balanced, flexible fueling. My goal is to create a safe space where you can reconnect with your body and experience freedom with food.
Approach to care
I use a compassionate, collaborative approach rooted in intuitive eating, body-positive nutrition, and Health at Every SizeĀ®. I meet you where you are, helping you unlearn unhelpful food rules, build trust with your body, and create sustainable patterns that support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Your first session with Courtney
Your first session is all about getting to know youāyour history, goals, and challenges. Iāll listen to your story and what matters most to you as we start building a personalized plan together. You can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where youāll feel heard and encouraged about your path forward.
