About Courtney
Hi, I’m Courtney, a Registered Dietitian with 15 years of experience, mom to a preschooler, and rescue dog mom. I work with clients managing cardiovascular health, insulin resistance, diabetes, and other chronic conditions, and I also support women through fertility and pregnancy. I focus on healthy habit formation and long-term weight maintenance rather than quick fixes. My approach blends evidence-based science with mindfulness and intuitive eating to support a balanced and sustainable path.
Approach to care
I believe prioritizing your well-being shouldn’t feel like just another task. I provide non-judgmental support with a focus on small, sustainable changes. I believe all foods can have a place in a balanced diet, and I’m here to help you move away from all-or-nothing thinking. My goal is to make nutrition feel approachable by teaching the “why” behind recommendations and offering practical steps that fit into your life.
Your first session with Courtney
In our first session, I’ll ask plenty of questions to get to know you—your health and diet history, lifestyle, habits, and goals. Most importantly, I want to hear your story. You’ll leave with at least one actionable step to help you start making progress. Because meaningful change takes time, I typically recommend weekly sessions for the first month and continued follow-up for at least three-six months to build long-term results.
