About Courtney
Hi, I’m Courtney, a Registered Dietitian with 15 years of experience, mom to a preschooler, and rescue dog mom. I work with clients managing insulin resistance, diabetes, cardiovascular health, and other chronic conditions and I have a particular passion for supporting women through fertility and pregnancy. I focus on healthy habit formation and long-term weight maintenance rather than quick fixes. My approach blends evidence-based science with mindfulness and intuitive eating to support a balanced path to health.
Approach to care
I believe prioritizing your well-being shouldn’t feel like just another task. I provide non-judgmental support with a focus on small, sustainable changes. My goal is to make nutrition feel approachable by teaching the “why” behind recommendations and offering practical steps that fit into your life.
Your first session with Courtney
In our first session, I spend time getting to know you. I'll ask questions about your health and diet history, lifestyle, habits, and goals. You’ll leave with at least one actionable step to help you start making progress. Because meaningful change takes time, I typically recommend weekly sessions for the first month and continued follow-up for at least three-six months to build long-term results.
