About Courtney
Hi, Iâm Courtney, a Registered Dietitian with 15 years of experience, mom to a preschooler, and rescue dog mom. I support clients managing metabolic and chronic health conditions and specialize in womenâs health, including fertility, endometriosis, and pregnancy nutrition. I blend evidence-based science with a mind-body-spirit perspective, incorporating mindfulness, intuitive eating, and lifestyle habits to support your overall health.
Approach to care
I believe focusing on your own wellbeing shouldnât feel like another chore on your to-do list. My approach offers compassionate, non-judgmental support and accountability. Together we will collaboratively set goals where we focus on small, sustainable steps toward a healthier lifestyle.
Your first session with Courtney
In our first session, Iâll ask plenty of questions to get to know youâyour health and diet history, lifestyle, habits, and goals. Most importantly, Iâll listen to your story. Youâll leave with at least one actionable step to help you start making progress. But real, lasting change takes time. Nourish is a weekly commitment for at least the first month, and typically those who achieve the best results often commit to regular appointments for a minimum of three months.
