About Courtney
Hi, Iām Courtney! I'm a registered dietitian who specializes in womenās health, with a focus on digestive and hormonal conditions like IBS, PCOS, thyroid imbalances, and metabolic health. I work with women and men who are ready to feel more aligned in their bodies and build sustainable habits that actually support their long-term health. If you're looking for guidance thatās both structured and flexible (and that leaves room for real life) Iām here to help. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in both science and behavior change. I take the time to understand your goals, lifestyle, and preferences so we can create a personalized plan that helps you feel your best, not just for a few weeks, but for the long haul.
Approach to care
I donāt believe in one-size-fits-all plans or restrictive rules. Instead, I take a personalized, whole-person approach that looks at how nutrition, stress, hormones, digestion, and lifestyle habits all connect. My focus is on helping you understand your body and feel confident in your choices, not overwhelmed by them. Iāll guide you with science-backed strategies, practical tools, and ongoing support, all within a judgment free space. Together, weāll build sustainable habits that support your health in a way that feels realistic and empowering.
Your first session with Courtney
Your first session is all about getting all the pieces of the puzzle before we start putting it together. Weāll talk through your health history, current symptoms, daily routines, and goals, nothing is too small or too personal to share. Iāll guide the conversation with curiosity and care, and together weāll identify a few meaningful areas to start focusing on. Youāll leave with a clear sense of direction and simple, realistic steps to begin moving toward your goals. Youāll leave with a personalized plan, a better understanding of what might be contributing to your symptoms, and comfort in the fact that youāre not doing this alone.
