Hello! I am a lover of food and am passionate about helping YOU find a way to nourish your body. I attended Utah State University and enjoy working with anyone who has a desire to become a healthier version of themselves, but might not know where to start.

I take a balanced, “all foods fit” approach, helping my clients discover how to include the foods they love while also prioritizing nourishment for their bodies. I believe that small, mindful changes add up over time, and I’m here to help you master these principles in a way that fits seamlessly into your unique lifestyle.

In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other and discussing your goals. I’ll ask about your current habits, preferences, and any challenges you’re facing. From there, I’ll help you create a personalized plan that includes practical, actionable steps you can easily incorporate into your daily routine. I want you to walk away from our session feeling confident, clear, and excited about how to take care of your body through nutrition.
