About Courtney

Hi, I’m Courtney! I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Bluffton University and completed my dietetic internship through Central Michigan University at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, Michigan. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting individuals in building sustainable, realistic nutrition habits that last. I currently live in Northeast Indiana, where I primarily work with individuals focusing on weight management. I’m deeply passionate about helping people become their strongest, healthiest selves—without extremes or perfection. Outside of work, you can usually find me baking or cooking something new, spending time with family and friends, watching a new show, sweating it out in a spin class, or playing volleyball!

Approach to care

My approach to care is deeply patient-centered. I take the time to listen and truly understand your individual needs, routines, habits, and day-to-day life. This allows me to create nutrition strategies that are realistic, practical, and easy to implement—because lasting change should feel approachable, not overwhelming. I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your health journey. Whether you’re taking your very first step or your hundredth step toward a healthier life, I’m here to guide, support, and walk alongside you every step of the way.

Your first session with Courtney

Your first session is all about getting to know you as a whole person. You can expect plenty of thoughtful questions as we go beyond just nutrition habits. We’ll explore your medical history, lifestyle, daily routines, goals, and any barriers you may be facing. I want to understand what truly matters to you and what motivates you to create positive change. Together, we’ll identify realistic, actionable steps that fit seamlessly into your life—because this is never a one-size-fits-all plan. You are stronger than you think, more capable than you realize, and fully supported along the way. One step at a time—let’s do this!
