About Cristina

Hi, my name is Cristina! Originally from New York, my passion for nutrition and athletics has taken me to countless states and countries, where I've worked with clients ranging from elite athletes to individuals striving to improve their weight and overall health. I've helped NCAA Division I and professional athletes enhance performance, reach body composition goals, and learn how to fuel for life beyond sport. That same drive for progress extends to all of my clients—whether they are navigating weight loss, recovering from eating disorders, managing diabetes, or adjusting to life after bariatric surgery. Whether you're an athlete aiming to perform at your peak or someone looking to improve your health in any way, I look forward to supporting you on your journey and helping you reach your goals!

Approach to care

Nutrition does not discriminate and affects everyone in different ways based on our lifestyle, preferences, friends and family, and so much more. In my practice, I take all of these factors into account to help tailor an individualized approach to your nutrition. As my family is from Argentina, I understand firsthand how culture shapes the way we eat, and I make sure to educate myself and respect these influences when developing nutrition plans. There is no "good" and "bad" in nutrition, simply habits that we can work on together in order to make sustainable, realistic changes to reach success.

Your first session with Cristina

Your first session is all about you - your goals, lifestyle, and what kind of support works best for you. We'll take time to discuss your current nutrition habits, culture and medical history, and what’s most important to you moving forward. Together, we’ll create a personalized roadmap that reflects your goals and sets the foundation for sustainable progress, while keeping in mind that this is a collaborative, evolving process where small steps leads to great results.
