About Crysta

Hi, I’m Crysta. I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 12 years of experience and a passion for helping women build lasting, healthier relationships with food — especially during fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. I earned my BS in Dietetics and an MS in Nutrition Science from Boston University and practice with the RD credential and my LDN and APD designations. My work focuses on women’s health across the reproductive years, including fertility nutrition, PCOS and hormonal health, IVF preparation, pregnancy nutrition, and early motherhood. I’ve supported hundreds of women in optimizing their nutrition to feel stronger, more confident, and well supported during these important life stages. My career spans private practice, corporate wellness, clinical settings, and community health, giving me a broad perspective on how nutrition fits into real life. In my downtime, I love cooking, running, strength training, reading, and continuously learning new things

Approach to care

I hold a firm belief that nutrition care should be evidence based, empathetic, and educational. I stay grounded in current science while tailoring my guidance to your life, preferences, and goals. Together we'll set practical steps, track progress, and adjust as needed so changes feel doable and sustainable. I practice with a health at every size perspective, staying weight neutral and focused on behaviors that improve health for real people. My approach is holistic and patient centered, helping you understand the why behind the how.

Your first session with Crysta

Our first appointment is a warm, collaborative conversation designed to put you at ease. We'll review your medical history, explore your relationship with food, and establish short term goals. We'll also look at lab work and biometrics to tailor your plan. No one needs to arrive with all the answers — this time is about getting to know you and your priorities. By the end of our session, we'll have a clear path and a starting meal plan that fits your life, preferences, and schedule.
