Crystal is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian with over eight years of experience delivering evidence-based nutrition care across hospitals and specialty outpatient clinics throughout Southwest Georgia. As a first-generation Lebanese American, she brings a unique cultural perspective and deep empathy to her work, helping individuals navigate complex health challenges with confidence and clarity. Crystal has a strong foundation in clinical nutrition, with a focus on managing chronic health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and kidney disease. Her passion for nutrition counseling grew from her time working closely with patients, where she discovered the power of personalized support in helping people reach their health goals. Whether working with clients one-on-one or collaborating with healthcare teams, Crystal is committed to empowering individuals through education, encouragement, and realistic, sustainable nutrition strategies.
