About Cyndi

I have been fortunate in my career to have worked in many facets of nutrition therapy and with many great teachers. This experience has fueled my passion to help others improve their lives through nutrition. Nutrition is an ever-evolving science, and it is very important to stay current in order to give patients the best care and information. I encourage patients to understand that nutrition is not a quick fix and that change takes time and commitment.

Approach to care

Assisting clients in navigating nutrition therapies and seeing their health and quality of life improve through nutrition intervention is very rewarding. I am as passionate about nutrition and dietetics today as I was in the beginning of my career. There are so many ways to help clients through nutrition intervention. I use evidence based science in everything I do. My specialty is finding ways to fit nutrition therapy into a patient's lifestyle and culture.

Your first session with Cyndi

The majority of the time in the first session will be getting to know the patient, their cultural background and what they wish to accomplish with nutrition therapy. I like to set specific times for follow up so that the patient can know exactly when their appointments will be. During this first session, I also like to give the patient an idea of how I approach nutrition therapy.
